UX Copywriter

Responsibilities:

  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders
    •  Collaborate with all UX Designers and Product Managers
    •  Meet with Account Managers, Growers, and Buyers to understand key user groups
  • Develop a strong understand of existing Product copy
    •  Understand user segments and their interactions with Indigo
    •  Complete a full audit of all existing Product copy
    •  Identify current gaps in Product copy and create a roadmap to fix existing issues
  • Develop a consistent voice for all Product copy
    •  Identify the voice and language needs for specific user groups
    •  Establish a consistent voice for all Product copy and develop voice guidelines
  • Establish a process for new copy needs
    •  Develop a process for internally communicating new copy needs (ex. with Product Team, Legal Team, etc.)

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years copywriting experience (for web/UX)
    •  Experience working in a UX/Product environment required
    •  Experience interacting directly with users required
  • Proven experience thinking holistically about voice consistency across products
  • Proven success identifying language needs and establishing a voice guideline
