UX Expert

Bizzabo is looking for a talented hands-on user-experience expert who is passionate about creating the best Mobile, B2C user experience. You will be joining as a member of the Product\Design team and work on defining the next generations of Bizzabo’s Events Cloud to revolutionising the event space experiences.

As a User Experience Expert, dedicate to attendee experience, you will help define the mobile-first strategy and lead the development of best in market user experiences.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Deliver user experience solutions with a focus on translating business and customer needs into UX deliverables
• Work closely with Product Managers to understand the customer business needs and product requirements
• Translate concepts to wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and detailed design specifications
• Work closely with the UX designers to define style and design that aligns with the user experience
• Work closely with R&D, Data and Go-To-Market teams in order to bring product requirements into implementable design and definitions, as well as delivering UX feedback on a daily basis
• Plan, perform and analyze usability tests to internal and external customers
• Act as the voice of the attendees, expert with all aspects of the end-to-end user experience.

WHAT YOU HAVE:

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3+ years of relevant experienceDeep understanding of the user-centric design process, including design thinking in taking an empathic lens to problem-solving
• Done production work, pixel-perfect wireframes and designs, and shows a solid portfolio of innovative, practical, and detailed design mobile solutions
• Experience designing for mobile applications with a focus on delivering engaging user experiences;
• Mastery of Sketch and Sketch Libraries
