Product Designer

You will lead the Product Design at client app AnyWay. Your job will be to create design that will make client's intercity one-way trips easier with our app. You will be responsible for every step of the design process - mapping user flows, creating mockups and designing high-fidelity UIs across our website and apps. You should be great at collaborating with engineers, marketing and sales and customers. You want to take on big challenges, are passionate about creating the best possible user experience and thrive in a small startup environment.

Responsibilities and Skills:

- Design intuitive interfaces that optimize user interaction and experience 
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to improve existing products and bring new concepts to life 
- Planning and conducting user research and user testing 
- Help to develop style guide documentation 
- Create process flow-charts, wireframes, and interactive prototypes 
- Evangelize UX throughout the organization

Requirements:

- Previous experience in product design or UX/UI Design creating digital products 
- Online portfolio with examples of UI/UX design 
- Understanding of SaaS and Enterprise software 
- Previous experience designing software 
- Demonstrable understanding of design principles 
- A user-centric mindset 
- Excellent attention to details 
Good to have: Basic knowledge of CSS, HTML

Developing MVP solution on iOS and Android, maintenance and feature design.
