UX Designer

UX Gorilla is hiring a UX Designer to join us in our Delhi office. The UX Designer will be responsible for gathering client requirements, understanding users' behaviour and designing usable interfaces for them. User research (both qualitative and quantitative) is going to be a big part of it.

The designer should have experience in conducting user research projects and designing usable interfaces.

We help e-commerce and SaaS businesses understand their users better and make their web-presence more customer-centric. We measure "customer-centric" with the conversion, engagement and retention metrics.

What skills are required?

Impeccable UX Skills
Deep understanding of Human-Computer Interaction
Different techniques for user research and ability to think on your feet
Prototyping, Wireframing and User Testing
Sketch and Adobe XD
Knowledge of Design Languages (e.g. Material)
Design Systems
Plus: Principle for mac and Figma
Plus: Background in Anthropology or Psychology
