Senior UI/UX Designer

The Senior UI/UX Designer will be working on a variety of high traffic digital products that deliver services through web, mobile, chat, and voice apps. Ideal candidates will come from a background designing product driven experiences. Familiarity with HTML and CSS is a huge plus.

Required Skills & Experience

5 + years product design experience
Experience with user testing platforms.
Working knowledge of using HTML, CSS and Material Design.
Experience in working with conversational UX is a plus
Experience in the healthcare industry with digital health experience is a huge plus
Bachelor’s degree in User Experience Design, Graphical Design, Fine Arts, Advertising.

What You Will Be Doing

Lead brainstorming sessions with Engineering, , Business Operations, Consumer Experience/Marketing, Data Science ,and Product
Define the overall UX and UI for digital products delivered through web, mobile and chat
Conduct user research to identify who will use products, what they will them for, and what value they will gain.
Develop usability testing
Create highly effective, elegant and intuitive designs aligned with the consumer and product strategy
Evaluate balance of design aesthetics with technical platform capabilities and limitations
Produce UX/UI deliverables efficiently and effectively into the agile process
Ensure product accessibility
