We are seeking a UI/UX DESIGNER to be part of the start-up team and be responsible for creating end-to-end web applications, and to help build and maintain cutting-edge AI applications.

This is a FULL-TIME role, MONDAY TO FRIDAY. MID-SHIFT.

This is an office-based position in central Cebu City.

The expected start date is March/April 2024.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a UI/UX DESIGNER, you will be instrumental in designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces for our platform and related products. Your role will involve close collaboration with our development team to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality, enhancing user experience and driving user engagement for healthcare professionals and patients. Being part of a small team at an exciting start-up in a fast-paced environment, you will be able to contribute to team growth and development of the organization and make an impact.

• Design intuitive user interfaces for our AI imaging platform, from initial concept to final implementation, using tools like Figma, Adobe InDesign, and other design tools.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure a seamless and optimal user experience.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate the desired user experience.
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to continuously improve and iterate on the design.
• Maintain design consistency and standards across different platforms and devices.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, focusing on web and mobile applications.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe InDesign, and WordPress.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
