Hello there!

We are Ganz Digital, a venture studio based in Switzerland, and we are looking for an experienced UI/UX designer to join our team.

We work fully remotely, so it doesn’t matter where you live as long as your workday has enough overlap with ours. It does matter, however, that you have a strong opinion on what good design is. In your 3-7 years of work experience, you have developed a design philosophy which is based on firm principles and lots of real-world user feedback.

Your job will be to make things clear and beautiful. You will be tasked with turning ideas, user stories and requirements into wireframes and screen designs. Mostly, you will create user interfaces for apps and websites. Sometimes, you might also get to design a logo, presentation slides or online marketing ads. And who doesn’t say that one day a print design job will land on your desk? After all, you will be our “expert for aesthetics and visual clarity”.

This job is demanding and amazing at the same time. You will have a ton of freedom and autonomy, like deciding where and when you work. But we also expect a lot. For example that you assume responsibility for your work and that you put your most productive hours of the week into it.

We pay competitive salaries which are based on your local economy and we top it up with an allowance for your workplace and your devices. For a workload of 100% you will have 5 weeks of paid vacation and 10 paid public holidays. These form part of your yearly working hours which give you the flexibility to structure your work time freely. If we’re a match, you will be hired as an independent contractor. Paying taxes and social security in your country is up to you.

We are an international team and our company language is English. You must speak it fluently. If you also speak German, you’ll have an ace up your sleeve because this is our founders’ language and the one that most of our clients speak.
