About Gelato
Gelato is a global on-demand printing platform and we are expanding our services via Gelato API. We provide the most cost-efficient and environmentally-friendly print solution for global companies. We do this by having connected a network of world-class printers across the globe so we can enable local printing globally. Our ambition is to cut 90% of print-related transportation and reduce companies print costs by 50%. To the benefit to our customers and to our planet.
The Role
Gelato Globe, Gelato’s solution for B2B, is a digital print cloud that helps global companies print locally and have their prints delivered to more than 100 countries. Gelato Globe enables multi-national companies to order printed marketing materials across borders, secure local printing and brand consistency while ensuring fast delivery and minimize their carbon footprint. Today, the physical product range consists of business cards, brochures, flyers, presentation folders, posters, roll-ups and calendars.
You will:
- Work on the Gelato Globe SAAS product, looking to improve both the adoption and conversion pipelines
- Engage with the sales and account management team to analyse customer needs and wants
- Help customers track their financial and eco-savings using Gelato Globe
- Look to understand our unique selling points and find the best way to convey them to our customers throughout the customer journey
Who you are
You are ambitious, self-directed and driven. You are committed to creating exceptional experiences for customers. You have your own opinion. You can think on your feet, plan ahead and communicate risks early and often. In addition, you will have done the following:
- Tied together user needs, business goals and tech feasibility when designing experiences
- Created and worked with a design system to maintain UI consistency
- A solid understanding of UI principles and can justify with evidence your design recommendations
- Conducted usability tests on prototypes and live products to understand what is working well and what needs to be improved
- Worked with Figma or other similar design tools
