**Our project**

The idea is simple: Let customers customize online their dream product and get them done by hand in our factory, then shipped home. So what is special about us? Many online stores sell products that can be customized. Even some of them sell the same one as we plan to sell. However, we are the first ones going to the last mile: an amount of customization without precedents! That leads to an exciting and challenging set of IT systems to support both the e-commerce side allowing the customer to customize the product as well as the manufacturing of the tailored handmade product. We have recently started to build up these fascinating and unique software and infrastructure to run the project.

**The position**

In our recently founded team we are willing to have a UI/UX designer who will lead the design not only of the user experience for customers but also for internal use.

You will have to prepare designs and concepts for UI and the user experience to be used in different contexts such us: Mobile applications based both in Android and iOS; web portals to be used by designers, product managers, and production managers; and finally mobile applications based on Android to be used internally in our factory. You will have to understand the different needs of the UI to be used; some based on aesthetics/marketing input, with others based on functionality, simplicity and robustness.

You are expected to collaborate closely to your colleges with different backgrounds: Engineers, 3D artists, managers, etc. to understand the needs of the interfaces as well as to provide them input on what needs to be implemented.

**You will spend most of your time:**

- Researching and creating realistic conceptual customer journeys to develop webapps and mobile apps user experience.
- Creating, improving and using wireframes, prototypes, style guides, user flows, and effectively communicate your interaction ideas using any of these methods.
- Optimizing digital channels by setting up A/B tests and other experiments.
- Aligning the design efforts within the UX and with other stakeholders.
- Initiating, organizing and leading the workshops if required.
- Promoting customer-centric product development
- Being a source of inspiration and insight for digital innovation and creative thinking

**Your qualifications**

- At least a Bachelor’s Degree in any related field (New Graduate is welcome). Or maybe you do not have a degree but you can prove your skills.
- Can speak and write fluently in English.

**Your experience and skills**

- Always up to date with trends in the UX Design industry, from both a technological and research perspectives
- Experience working with projects consisting of both mobile and web platforms
- Ability to create designs suited for a variety of screens, aspect ratios, and operating platforms
- Capable of designing simple designs for complex configurable shopping portals
- Experience working in fashion or accessories a plus
- At least basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
- At least basic experience with Sketch, Origami or any prototyping tools
- A plus if used Unity before
