UX Designer

As we are continuously growing, we are looking for new colleagues who share our passion for designing user experiences. You will be joining a collaborative team of UX designers working on several projects with one of our biggest accounts in Munich alternating between working onsite in our clients’ facilities and our creative and cozy MING studio - both central-located in the downtown of the city.

- You will be working side-by-side with our UX design and our clients’ team turning user problems in simple and functional UX solutions by executing the end-to-end UX Design process (or the specific UX design stage, as needed) that can include business requirements analysis, strategic assessment, users’ analysis, desk and in-field research, synthesis, framework –e.g. personas, customer journeys, etc. concept ideation, information architecture, user flows, wireframes, prototyping, (especially these two last ones), etc.

- You will develop and prototype design solutions, not only to communicate ideas and concepts but to test with real customers to encourage collaboration and iterative processes.

- You will facilitate workshops with projects' stakeholders.


- You have a Bachelor’s degree in interaction design or any other similar field, as well as, a solid understanding of the various UX design disciplines and the underlying theory in areas of interaction design, usability, psychology, visual and information design, information architecture and human factors.

- You have at least 2 years as a practitioner in UX design and excellent communication and presentation skills.

- You are a UX design generalist that easily dives through the end-to-end UX design process including the understanding of business requirements, user needs, and technical feasibility information architecture, as well as, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, etc.

- You have a proven ability to work cross-team and synthesize feedback and input from our client’s team, as well as, our development, business design, and project management teams.

You follow a customer-centric and insights-driven iterative design approach. With a portfolio or samples of work demonstrating experience creating user-centered design solutions.

- You have a proven ability in a variety of design tools such as Sketch, Invision, Adobe Creative Suite, among others.
