The Role:
Jewel is looking for an experienced and ambitious Designer with experience in Graphic Design, User Interface Design, User Experience Design and Product Design. This role is responsible for
overseeing all user experience and brand design aspects of the Jewel. The position will work closely with the marketing and development teams to create a cohesive experience throughout our luxury retail shopping platform in order to increase user satisfaction and conversion. We’re looking for a candidate who can bring their expertise to a fast-growing shopping platform and make an immediate positive impact.
Responsibilities:
Create dynamic graphics and video for email marketing, brand campaigns and social media
Coordinate with IT team on issues like navigation, page routing, product page design and more
Track usability goals and prepare reports for senior management
Develop mockups for our development team
Conduct competitive analyses of other websites that operate in the same space
The Person:
Multi-disciplined designer with proven experience in Graphic Design and Product Design
Experienced in UI and UX design process from research to concept and implementation
Strong understanding of key performance marketing metrics, email marketing, and content marketing strategies
Analytical proficiency to perform both quantitative and qualitative analyses of market
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Goal oriented collaborator who also works well independently
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or military experience
At least 3 years of brand design experience
At least 2 years of web design & UX experience
At least 2 years of Google Suite or Microsoft Office experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in e-commerce, retail or fashion
