UI/UX Product Designer

We are seeking a UI/UX designer to help shape our user-centric products. The candidate we are looking for is an innovative creator who enjoys and thrives at simplifying complex functionality into beautiful and intuitive design. We currently have a consumer-facing mobile app and a business-facing portal that require a facelift and design systems that will help guide UI/UX design through our stellar growth.

Some experience we will be on the lookout for is:
A portfolio with examples of UI/UX design
Understand SaaS and Enterprise software design principles
Understand consumer-facing apps design principles
Experience with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or other UI design software
Success working in fast-paced startup environments

Some of the activities that will be performed by this role are:
Establish, maintain, and evangelize user-centric design
Lead UI/UX design efforts through regular collaboration with fellow team members in tech, operations, and product
Build high-fidelity wireframe comps that support functional stories
Deliver annotated wireframes to support product requirements
Conduct participant-based usability evaluations and other types of user research
Maintain a design system and processes for ensuring it is used
Conduct regular quality assurance to ensure correct adoption
