UI/UX Designer

About the Design Role

We're looking for a talented, user-focused designer to join our small and growing team in San Francisco. Ideally, you are someone who is excited by the opportunity to grow and learn with a small startup as its only designer. As the only designer you day to day task and responsibilities will be varied and you will have the opportunity to design:

• the user experiences and user interfaces across our products
• branding across the branches of our businesses
• marketing materials to support our business development team and help us solidify our online presence
• presentations to help us close deals, bring in clients, and show off our hard work

You will be a key member of the team and we will lean on you to remind us of the needs of users on the other side of the screen. You will remind us why design is important.  

We are a growing startup. As we grow your role will be yours to craft and you might even help us grow the design team.

About You

• You are self-sufficient. You can manage your own workload and priority. Where there is uncertainty you are proactive in asking for clarifications and help or do more research as needed.
• You're a problem solver with exceptional design skills (especially when it comes to UI design)
• Online portfolio that demonstrates product design experience and strong system-level thinking
• Clear communication skills - can you explain your entire process and ideas to a variety of stakeholders? Can you motivate your engineers to go the extra mile?
• Ability to iterate design based on research and feedback, connect work directly to business goals and/or user needs
• You're an expert in a mix of design and prototyping softwares (we're familiar with Sketch, InVision)
• 3+ years experience designing impactful experiences, have shipped products
• Interested in the crypto space!

About TokenSoft

TokenSoft was founded after seeing a need for secure and compliant blockchain issuances that was not being met. We worked with attorneys and leaders in the space to understand the needs and built an open-architecture, white-label token issuance platform. We brought our first client’s token sale to market in 2017 and have continued to build capabilities and grow our client list. We continue to design and build forward-thinking technology solutions that bring peace of mind to our clients and can grow with them.

Here, we are restoring integrity in the financial markets by moving traditional securities onto the blockchain. We provide technical solutions to enable tokenization of traditional assets and securities. The TokenSoft family also includes an affiliate broker dealer TokenSoft Global Markets and an affiliate transfer agent DTAC. To date we’ve processed about half a billion in issuances and carry a pipeline of $3 Billion+.
