What you’ll focus on
- Work alongside the founders and the whole team to build a fast growing, successful Venture from the very ground.
- Design for and execute on action items derived from the company's overall strategy and alongside highly-skilled team members.
- Involvement in various, cross-functional projects to explore opportunities and add tangible value to the company's success
- Redesign of existing dashboards, design and prototyping of new features, product sets and customer journeys.
- Setting the standard and implementing best practices UI interaction.
What we look for
- Highly motivated nature to shape an industry and challenge traditional players.
- Well structured person with a hands-on mentality and can-do attitude.
- Creativity, empathy for the user and strong problem-solving skills to translate complex requirements into simple designs.
- Experience with gathering and implementing user feedback.
- Fluent in English (working language), German a plus and able to work well in software including Sketch and Figma.
- Passion about what you do, who you do it with, and who you do it for.
- Absolute willingness to go beyond your role to help grow the business.
