WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead the design of Grow’s mobile and web apps
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, test, and build new features and iterate on existing ones
- Develop a deep understanding of user goals and behaviors
- Test designs with wireframes and prototypes
- Build beautiful, elegant designs Measure the success of what you build
- Create and improve design patterns across the product
- Work with leadership team to define and communicate product vision
WHAT YOU NEED TO GET THE JOB DONE
- Experience with contextual inquiry and generative user research and the ability to facilitating user research
- Experience prototyping and test your designs
- Understanding of visual design principles, including layout, typography, and information hierarchy.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-based environment
- 4+ years or more of experience in UX in B2B SaaS
