Little Passports, part of the BEGiN family, has a new opportunity for a UX Designer to join our growing team! This role can be remote based on select US locations*.

Reporting to our Director of UX, the UX Designer will be responsible for creating beautiful consumer shopping experiences that drive growth and engagement.

You will:

• Partner with marketing, engineering, product management, vendors/contractors and business leads on features and opportunities to improve and grow our web experiences
• Create documentation (user journey flows, information architecture diagrams, prototypes/wireframes, etc.) and production-ready digital assets in a wide variety of formats
• Work with brand marketing to apply brand photography and usage guidelines across various web and digital contexts
• Take design ownership of refinements and new features from ideation to launch
• Team up with Growth product lead to help conduct research and facilitate A/B testing

Must Haves:

• At least 3 years experience in consumer web e-commerce design
• Portfolio including e-commerce work for mid and/or large-sized brands
• Familiarity with mobile-first web design principles
• Experience with web CMS systems such as WordPress or Joomla
• Comfort working in a deadline-driven environment
• Ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines
• Enjoy working as part of a small but mighty team that likes to get things done
• A passion for building great products and our mission to help children discover the wonders for the world around them

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience designing shopping experiences for digital or physical subscription products
• Familiarity with children’s lifestyle/entertainment brands (ages 0-10)
• Familiarity with analytics or personalization platforms like Google Analytics, Optimizely, Dynamic Yield, or Google Optimize
• Experience with digital asset management systems
