About the Role:
TodayTix Group is looking for a collaborative and visionary Head of UX. In this role, you will work closely with teams across the entire company to ensure all touch points in the customer journey connect seamlessly and exceed expectations. Reporting directly to the VP of Product and Strategy, you will oversee our talented Product Designers and work alongside them to establish and deliver a high-quality customer experience.
Your work will extend beyond the millions of customers we serve globally; with TTG at the forefront of the digital transformation of culture, you will redefine ticketing and disrupt the archaic and unfriendly practices that are far too common today.
The Head of UX will directly manage our Product Designers and be responsible for further expanding the team. The ideal candidate is cross-functional by nature and able to work fluidly with makers and leaders across the org to set and maintain high standards of creative excellence in and outside of product. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has a proven track record of mentoring and managing designers and likes to solve unique challenges that require analytical thinking and creative solutions. Please note: this is a full time role that can be performed remotely or in the office. For those based in the greater London area, when it comes to determining whether to work in the office, remotely, or a mix of both, we empower our teams to design what works best for them. Qualified candidates must be based in the UK.
What You'll Do:
- Manage and develop the global team of product designers
- Regularly review and improve the user journey across all touchpoints
- Support and influence teams across TTG to elevate the customer experience with user-centric design
- Create a design-driven culture at TTG that puts the customer at the center of all decisions
- Own and enforce brand guidelines
- Work closely with General Managers, creative studio, customer care, and other teams in and outside of product to ensure quality and consistency

- A product or UX designer at heart
- An obsession over quality

- Decisive leadership skills and clear communication
- An ability to inspire and grow teams to solve challenging problems in innovative ways
- An ability to work fluidly across the entire org
- 10+ years of design and leadership experience, but more importantly, easily adapts as the business grows
