About the position

We are moving fast towards becoming an experience-centric organization in the MENA region. The Senior UX Researcher will work with our Product Squads and own the entire research process. Responsibilities of the Senior UX Researcher will include:

• Assist a cross-functional, geographically distributed team of product managers, designers, engineers, data analysts, and operations teams in the UAE and Saudi Arabia
• Organize, plan, and conduct exploratory user research, including supporting less experienced colleagues
• Apply thorough analysis to understand and document workflows and processes
• Contribute to product and design decisions by providing compelling insights, stories, and artefacts
• Enhance and innovate Invygo's mixed-methods user research practice and contribute to the broader Insights Community
• Gain a thorough understanding of the Product development process and opportunities, use insights to identify areas for improvement
• Provides practical recommendations based on insights

• A demonstrated background in user research, with strong skills in either exploratory qualitative research to identify needs and problems or workflow and task analysis.
• Knowledgeable in a variety of contexts and research methods, including planning, prioritizing, conducting, analyzing and communicating research.
• A/B tests and metrics are part of your research methodology, and you are able to synthesise quantitative data with qualitative data.
• While balancing business needs, you advocate for a user-centred, evidence-based approach to product development
