PartsTech is hiringProduct Designer

• Work directly with the sign-up & onboarding product manager on creating experiences that effectively get users signed up and onboarded into our product in a way that encourages usage and reduces churn.
• Leverage design thinking to uncover problems worth solving within the spaces of sign-up, onboarding, payments, and retention.
• Work with user research, product management, and engineering from discovery through validating a concept and moving it into development.
• Design solutions that achieve key results and iterate as needed to continue moving towards and improving upon key results.
• Conduct design reviews with product design peers to collect feedback, generate alternate ideas, and to ultimately improve your overall design.
• Work with marketing to generate any assets needed to help with the overall go-to-market strategy of features that you have designed.
• Mentor less-senior product designers to help up-level the overall team.

• 4+ years of Product Design experience, designing a product and/or features from end to end. (Mid-Senior Level)
• Can demonstrate several successful projects that you directly contributed to. (examples of both UI and UX contributions)
• Can demonstrate where you have implemented, learned, and created a better experience to drive towards established key results.
• Has a strong balance between user interface design and user experience design.
• Has participated in or directly led design sprints.
• Has contributed to or heavily utilized a robust design system.
• Creates robust prototypes for usability testing.
• Comfortable with moderating usability sessions to test your prototypes.
• Experience in SaaS and E-commerce is preferred.
• Experience with consumer products or B2B products that have delivered an experience expected of a consumer product.
• Designs with purpose and can back up decisions while being comfortable accepting feedback.

Compensation: 

Mid Level Product Designer $140,000 - $155,000 + Annual Bonus

Senior Level Product Designer $155,000 - $175,000 + Annual Bonus
