We are looking for a Sr. UX Designer who has experience working on complex enterprise products. Someone who can roll up their sleeves, can lead as well as work autonomously in collaboration with Designers, Product Managers, SMEs, Engineers and Data Scientists in an agile environment.

Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for the design of multiple product areas. Scope, plan and lead the design work for enhancements, large complex flows, new feature or a PoC
- You will capture feedback from leadership and key stakeholders, and ensure that we provide compelling user experience
- Identify opportunities to improve existing experience or to create new experiences resulting in value for business and end-users
- You will understand the users and business context using techniques like data studies, contextual inquiry, task analysis, card sorting, surveys etc. and gain insights into users resulting in artifacts like journey maps, personas, use cases, affinity maps which will help in generating the concepts
- You will create task flows, concept models, convert concepts into wireframes/interactive prototypes, and build interactions that are intuitive and meaningful
- You will continuously assess the digital assets for usability, consistency and usefulness. You will be using usability testing methods like heuristic evaluation, remote task analysis, A/B testing to gain insights on the use of product to determine errors, issues and opportunities
- You will collaborate with the rest of the design team to evolve and refine our design system, ensuring visual cohesion and engineering efficiency across all user touch-points
- You will contribute To Aera designOps by defining processes, best practices and institutionalization of design
About You
- You are obsessed with human-centric and data-driven design, and have the ability to design solutions for complex scenarios while having empathy for the user
- You have a big picture vision, innovation mindset, strong command of UX-UI design capabilities
- You value teamwork, collaboration for common goals, keep your commitments and practice transparency
- You are curious, agile and drive for results in a highly flexible, agile and collaborative environment

Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience in UX design, crafting experiences for digital products, enterprise software and other digital touchpoints. Experience in Automation, and Analytics domain would be an advantage
- Bachelors or Masters in UX, Communication design, HCI or any other design and engineering discipline. Certifications in Agile Scrum would be a plus
- Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Suite, MS Office, and familiarity with user research and UT tools
- Good communication and presentation skills, and you can justify the design decisions you made
- Familiarity and comfort in working with engineers in an agile environment- willingness to learn and understand the technical constraints and its impact on design implementation
- A portfolio which consists of problems you have solved and your approach to design. You should be able to articulate what-why-how of the project
