EasyPeasy is looking for an exceptional Head of Design to lead all activities related to the development of the EasyPeasy experience – encompassing the product, platform and surrounding community engagement.

REQUIREMENTS

• Lead and ensure the quality of the EasyPeasy product and service experience is aligned with our company vision, mission, and strategic objectives.
• Lead the Design team by providing mentorship, guidance, design leadership and inspiration.
• Translate the product vision, strategy and objectives into hypotheses, experiments and releases
• Foster a strong design-lead culture to product development, ensuring everyone feels empowered to drive product development and experimentation forward
• Work closely with CTO to balance quality and velocity of product development and experimentation by optimising our design and product processes.
• Refer top candidates to the company and form a strong design resource within EasyPeasy.
• Maintain a deep understanding of users, identify product opportunities and facilitate the generation of new ideas that improve the EasyPeasy user experience.
• Lead on User Research initiatives to provide quality observations, insights and beliefs to empower the product focuses.
• Be an available and strong resource for the Product team offering guidance, inspiration and design leadership.
• Contribute to product efforts to create a financially sustainable and healthy EasyPeasy.
• Actively keep EasyPeasy up to date with design, research & product industry developments.
• Maintain our design principles, and lead on communicating them internally and externally.
