The Role.

As a Senior UX Designer at Mabbly, you will lead Mabbly’s UX efforts rooted in data-driven thinking and research. Reporting to our Group Product Director and working closely with our Brand Studio, Strategy Studio, and our UI Design, you’ll be responsible for the development of UX deliverables to support client and Mabbly work alike. We are looking for someone who is thinking and feeling at every phase of research and design. Someone who loves putting it all on paper and sharing their ideas concisely to clients.  What You’ll Do:

  • Produce high-quality data-driven user personas, user flows, customer journeys, sitemaps, wireframes, high-fidelity and interactive prototypes by connecting the business requirements with people’s needs, behaviors, and aspirations
  • Facilitate UX workshops (as needed), conduct user interviews, competitor analysis, SWOT analysis, and heuristic evaluations to understand and identify the right problems to solve
  • Identify and translate business requirements and goals into intelligent, forward-thinking UX design solutions
  • Prioritize product features by empathizing with the user, educate the client on this data-driven decision
  • Create briefs and any other necessary documentation explaining the UX research and decisions that come out of it to empower the UI Designers and Developers
  • Work closely with UI Designers and Developers to ensure the user experience is effectively translated into visual designs and developed products
  • Create Content Templates based on sitemaps to assist Copy Writer in writing the right amount and type of content
  • Collaborate with Brand Designers and Strategists to ensure consistency between UX, brand, and strategy
  • Present UX deliverables to internal and external audiences and get the buy-in
  • Work with Product Manager, Designers, and Developers to align on the Product development strategy

 What We Need In You:

  • 5-7 years experience in UX design, working in a fast-paced creative environment. Digital agency or consultancy experience is required
  • A captivating portfolio of work that demonstrates high-quality design work that also highlights you are a deep design thinker
  • Understanding of challenges and responsibilities of working in a hybrid work environment
  • Empathy for the user and a deep passion for understanding people’s behavior and how they translate into digital interactions with software products and brand websites
  • Strong communication and presentation skills and ability to craft a story
  • Possess not just exceptional product design skills, but the ability to implement strategic and conceptual thinking as well
  • A solid grasp of user-centered design, planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns
  • Ability to communicate complex interaction concepts across different audiences and varying levels of the organization
  • Experience with Figma
  • Strong understanding of the implications of design choices on usability and accessibility, development effort, and SEO
