Position Title:  Senior UI/UX Designer - US Remote

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer for software products. In this key role, you will be responsible for shaping the visual identity and user experience of our digital solutions. As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will play a critical role in driving user-centered design practices, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering exceptional design solutions that elevate our software products.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define design requirements and user experience objectives.
• Conduct in-depth user research, including user interviews and usability testing, to understand user needs and behaviors.
• Translate user insights into intuitive and effective design solutions that cater to diverse user personas.
• Develop high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and design assets that convey design concepts accurately for the development of a comprehensive set of tools or product selector, configurators.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure the technical feasibility of design implementations.
• Establish and maintain a comprehensive design system and UI guidelines to ensure design consistency across different product modules and platforms.
• Champion adherence to design standards within the design team and cross-functional teams.
• Stay updated on design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to infuse innovative design solutions into our products.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Design, HCI, or a related field.
• Extensive experience (5+ years) in UI/UX design for software applications, with a strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar software.
• Expertise in user-centered design principles, design thinking, interaction design, and visual design principles.
• Experience with agile development methodologies and tools.  
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Experience with design systems and creating design guidelines for consistent user experiences.
• Solid understanding of responsive design principles and designing for multiple devices and platforms.
• Collaborate with offshore teams.

• Understanding of video surveillance technology, CCTV systems, IP cameras, video analytics, and related protocols.
