SUMMARY
We are looking for a skilled UX Designer who is passionate about eCommerce and Enterprise Software Solutions, to help us build amazing user experiences for our heavy duty trucking parts platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of UX design principles and best practices, as well as experience in both eCommerce and enterprise software. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design user flows, and create wireframes and prototypes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in instituting effective UX design best practices and methods within our company and development processes
- Apply eCommerce best practices to develop an intuitive, user-friendly platform for selling heavy-duty truck parts, including wireframes and mock-ups during ideation and implementation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand feature requirements and bring them to life through bold design
- Refine designs through user data, research, interviews, and surveys, iterating based on user-testing feedback help and data analysis
- Create wireframes and design mockups optimized for a variety of devices and interfaces, ensuring a seamless cross-platform experience
- Identify design challenges and devise elegant solutions to enhance the search, discovery, and purchase process for heavy-duty truck parts
- Provide detailed design templates and specifications to collaborate effectively with engineering teams for seamless implementation.
- Contribute to the development of a component library in Figma to streamline design consistency and efficiency
- Create image and design templates for Email Marketing campaigns
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors degree in Design or another quantitative field preferred
- Experience in eCommerce and Enterprise Software Solutions required
- 3+ years of UX Design experience required
- High proficiency in Figma and other UX design tools required
- Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 and Javascript preferred
- Strong understanding of user-centered design (UCD) principles
- Creative mindset with a passion for delivering user-centric design solutions

"The US base salary range for this full-time position is $115,000 - $135,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
