Snappie, a digital platform for creative agencies that simplifies the website creation process, is seeking a friendly and talented UI/UX Designer to join its team. As a UI/UX Designer at Snappie, you will be responsible for designing high-quality user interfaces and experiences for the platform and its clients. Your work will be integral to shaping the future of website design and development.

At Snappie, we aim to remove the complexity out of the website creation process through our powerful algorithms and AI. Our platform allows agencies to work independently on each of the website design processes: design language, brand study, information architecture and content. All the while, users have full ownership of the final product.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product designers, developers and stakeholders to design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that meet business objectives.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and other design artifacts to clearly communicate design concepts and iterations.
• Develop and maintain design standards, UI patterns, guidelines, and design libraries.
• Conduct user research, brainstorm with cross-functional teams, and analyze user feedback to iterate designs.
• Stay up-to-date with UI/UX design trends, methodologies, and industry-wide best practices.
• Communicate design concepts, tradeoffs, and decisions with clarity and transparency.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple design projects at once.

• Proven experience (3+ years) as a UI/UX Designer.
• Proficiency in Figma and other prototyping tools.
• Solid understanding of human-centric design and user research methodologies.
• Experience with designing and prototyping for responsive, mobile-first web and native applications.
• Understanding of HTML/CSS and responsive web design principles.
• Excellent visual designer with a great eye for typography, color, and layout.
• Strong portfolio that demonstrates previous UI/UX experience, process, and problem-solving skills.

• 15 to 25 EUR/hour based on experience.
• Part-time (25-30h/week)
