TMGM is a leading CFD (Contract for Difference) broker dedicated to providing a seamless and exceptional trading experience to investors and traders globally. We are looking for a talented Lead UI/UX Designer to play a key role in enhancing the UI/UX of our trading platforms, ultimately increasing customer loyalty.


As the Lead UI/UX Designer at TMGM, you will lead a dedicated team of designers and work closely with our development team to continuously improve the user interface and user experience across our various trading platforms. You will be a driving force behind creating engaging, intuitive, and visually appealing interfaces that not only meet user needs but also foster customer loyalty.


What We Expect From You:

  • UI/UX Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive UI/UX strategy for TMGM's trading platforms, focusing on enhancing the overall user experience and increasing customer loyalty.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, particularly with the development team, to ensure the seamless integration of design concepts into the development process.
  • User-Centric Design: Advocate for a user-centric design approach throughout the organization, conducting user research, analyzing feedback, and staying updated with industry trends to continually improve our platforms.
  • Design Leadership: Provide creative direction and mentorship to the UI/UX design team, fostering their growth and development within the organization.
  • Prototyping: Create interactive prototypes and mockups to visualize and communicate design concepts effectively.
  • Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability testing sessions, gather user insights, and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
  • Design Systems: Establish and maintain a design system that promotes consistency across all trading platforms and enhances efficiency in design and development processes.
  • Quality Assurance: Review design deliverables to ensure they meet the highest quality standards and align with the established design system.
  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously monitor user engagement and feedback to identify opportunities for improving UI/UX and increasing customer loyalty.
  • Stay Current: Keep abreast of emerging UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices, integrating them into TMGM's design processes.



Requirements

Who We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience (8+ years) in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications, ideally within the finance or trading industry.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, InVision, etc.
  • Exceptional portfolio demonstrating a range of design projects and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience in managing design teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
