About the job:

• As a UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for creating a seamless and intuitive user experience through designing user interfaces that align with the company's user-centered design principles.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, conduct user research, and create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs.
• You will iterate on designs based on feedback and conduct usability testing to ensure a user-friendly experience.
• You will work closely with developers to ensure the design implementation matches the initial vision.
• You will contribute to the company's design system and maintain design consistency across different platforms and products.

• Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in UX/UI design.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating a solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
• Experience with prototyping tools such as InVision or Proto.io.
• Understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first design.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present and explain design decisions.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
