Sleed, a renowned digital marketing agency with many years of field experience and a strategic partner of Google, is looking for an exceptional UX/UI Designer to lead the creation of captivating designs that meet precise requirements. As a UX/UI Designer, you will guide and inspire our design team, ensuring that quality and innovation are at the forefront of our work.

The ideal candidate should bring a wealth of experience in designing user interfaces for web applications and websites. In addition to an extensive portfolio, they should showcase an in-depth understanding of UX/UI principles, user-centered design, and advanced problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Craft user-centered designs, including wireframes, mockups, and prototypes, aligned with project goals and user needs
  • Spearhead the development of design concepts, user flows, and interaction patterns, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams
  • Drive user research activities, including usability testing and user interviews, to gain valuable insights and ensure design decisions are validated
  • Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of design documentation, style guides, and design systems, ensuring a seamless and scalable design process
  • Stay at the forefront of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in the ever-evolving field of UX/UI design
  • Deliver impactful design presentations to effectively communicate concepts and decisions across the organization
  • Foster a culture of innovation through design critiques and brainstorming sessions, encouraging collaboration and creativity
  • Confidently present your work and ideas to the clients and various stakeholders

Requirements

  • A proven track record with a minimum of 4+ professional experience in design-related roles, with a successful portfolio of projects that demonstrate your expertise in UX/UI principles, user-centered design, and advanced problem-solving skills
  • A portfolio showcasing your design projects and demonstrating your understanding of UX/UI principles, user-centered design, and problem-solving skills
  • A bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent extensive work experience)
  • Expertise in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop), Figma, or similar advanced tools
  • Advanced understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and usability principles
  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively across diverse teams
  • A relentless drive to learn, adapt, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • An unwavering commitment to detail and an unquenchable passion for creating visually stunning, polished designs
  • Proven ability to work both independently and as a collaborative within a team

Preferred:

  • Proficiency with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to navigate design implementation constraints
  • Experience in crafting responsive and mobile-friendly designs
  • In-depth knowledge of user research methodologies and usability testing
  • Expertise in animation and micro-interactions to elevate the user experience
