About Us
Algotive is a rapidly growing AI software startup dedicated to revolutionizing productivity and automation across various industries through artificial intelligence. With the successful launch of the first AI-driven product, we are now expanding our horizons by establishing a Product Lab team. This team will be at the forefront of exploring and prototyping innovative AI solutions, as well as exploring the backlog of potential new enhancements and features of our existing products as a first step before Product Development engagement.
Job Description
We are looking for a creative and agile UX Designer to join our Product Design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive and engaging user experiences for existing and new AI products. This role is crucial in rapidly producing both low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes based on A/B testing, ensuring that our products are not only technologically advanced but also user-centric.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and rapidly iterate on low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes for new AI products.
- Constantly iterate with client users, product managers, engineers, business development executives, and market research analysts to integrate user and market insights into design decisions.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design concepts.
- Develop user personas, journey maps, and wireframes to conceptualize design ideas.
- Ensure a consistent and intuitive user experience across all product interfaces.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in UX design and prototyping.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure designs are feasibly implemented.
- Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders and gather feedback for iterations.
Qualifications - Candidates must have
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in UX design, preferably in the tech or AI sector.
- Professional-level command of English as a second language.
- A valid passport, and a US visa (some travel may be required, including international).
Additional qualifications include
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX design skills and experience in rapid prototyping.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
- Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment.
- Experience with designing AI-based products.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic front-end development.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
