Euronet seeks to employ a talented, experienced UX/UI Expert who will join a newly structured and growing product development team.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in designing and optimizing the user experience of our digital loyalty & payments platform with a special focus on mobile interfaces, combining the stability and global reach of a financial services leader with the innovation and agility of a start up Throo | Α Better Money Experience. A unique digital ecosystem of individuals and businesses who enjoy mobile - based, low cost digital payments, and a rich set of loyalty services. Throo's product roadmap envisions a world of exceptional benefits for consumers and businesses alike.

The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, visually appealing interfaces that meet and exceed user needs and business objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
• Lead the design process from concept to delivery, including wireframing, prototyping, and visual design of both mobile and web interfaces.
• Create user personas, user flows, and journey maps to guide the design process.
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems on own initiative and via well-structured user research.
• Ensure consistency and coherence across all aspects of the user interface.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

• University degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a digital marketplace/ecosystem or in a consumer-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Fluency in English language (written & spoken).
• Must have legal right to work in the European Union without a visa sponsorship needed.
