Erakulis is seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for our digital platforms. Your role will involve conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement engaging user experiences. If you have a passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Create intuitive and visually striking user interfaces for our web and mobile applications
• Conduct user research, analyze user feedback, and incorporate findings into design improvements
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define user requirements and translate them into design concepts
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas and gather feedback
• Ensure consistent visual branding and adherence to design guidelines across all digital platforms
• Conduct usability testing to validate design choices and inform iterative improvements
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance our design processes

• Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
• Proficient in industry-standard design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma
• Strong knowledge of user interface design patterns and components
• Experience creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using design software
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail
• Familiarity with front-end development languages and frameworks (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Ability to effectively communicate design ideas and rationale to non-designers
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is a plus
