-Minimum 3+ years experience in UX/UI design or similar role (Agency/Serviced-based experience highly valued)
-A clear understanding of both the latest UX / CX principles and how to apply them
-Practical familiarity with digital design principles and standards, with clear judgment/rationale for design direction (including responsive design).
-Must have multi-format, multi-screen awareness
-Knowledge of standards and best practices for UX/UI design for iOS, Android and web
-A clear understanding of UI patterns, interaction paradigms and core online experiences
-Advanced knowledge of Sketch with great file organisation and file hygiene
-Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
-Knowledge of prototyping tools such as proto.io, Invision or others
