Product Designer
We’re looking for a pragmatic Product Designer that’s looking to join a small but mighty product team, having a hands-on and very influential role in a product that genuinely makes people happier. The role is based in the UK.

A bit about the role
Partnering with our Lead Engineer and Founder, you’ll help us to:
- Find elegant but practical solutions to design / user challenges
- Create, develop and maintain the design system
- Lead our team design thinking sessions
- Produce, experiment and iterate on prototypes and A/B tests
- Work closely with users within our main personas to make sure you deeply understand them through qualitative and quantitive research
- Contribute to product roadmap prioritisation
What we’re looking for
- 2 - 4 years of experience in product design, UI design, and/or UX design
- A portfolio that shows off all the excellent work you’ve done so far
- Strong experience designing for web apps
- Experimental by nature, excited to keep A/B testing and user research central to your process
- An excellent verbal and written communicator
- Comfortable with ambiguity
- Familiar with lean / agile principles and iterative delivery
- Adapt to fast-moving product requirements, typical of early-stage Startups
- Worked in a small product team before and are excited by the variety and challenge that this brings to your day
Nice to have
- You know a little bit of how your designs will translate into HTML and CSS
- Worked on or contributed to marketplace and/or health apps
- Product Management experience (either directly or indirectly where maybe you’ve bridged that role in a team you’ve previously worked in)
- Some experience building and/or maintaining web-first component libraries
Salary & Benefits
- £50k - £55k depending on experience
