Who We Are

We are Friends From The City, a design and tech company focused on impact. We're a minority, woman-owned, LGBTE, and service-disabled veteran-owned small business headquartered in New York City. That said, diversity and inclusion aren't a trendy byline for us. Each person we hire is celebrated for their unique background, experience, and talent.

Our approach to human-centered design and software development is pretty straightforward. We apply user research to the design and development of functional platforms using clean code and intuitive design, and then we make those platforms accessible to everyone.

In this role, you'll help identify their challenges through your research, information architecture, and data presentation knowledge. Your results will inform the development of a shared platform where fund operators can provide access and information to philanthropic and other sources of capital to better reach underrepresented and minority entrepreneurs.
