With a focus on blockchain, we build games, interactive multi-platform stories, and virtual world experiences imagined across innovative story franchise IPs. We are a remote-first dynamic team of builders, developers, and entrepreneurs that include key founding members from Twitch, as well as Emmy and Peabody Award winning producers and storytellers.

Our flagship IP is DuskBreakers, an eccentric, interactive sci-fi saga set in a post-apocalyptic world where a mysterious alien ship (The Dusk) becomes a beacon of hope for humanity. The franchise spans games, video, NFTs, and other media formats.

We’re looking for a senior UI/UX Designer to help us define, shape and create incredible player experiences for both current games in development and future experiences. • Collaborate with product to conduct user research and analysis; incorporate qualitative feedback and quantitative insights to improve the player experience
    • Become our game UI/UX design subject matter expert and help us raise the bar for best practices in UI/UX by staying on top of industry trends

Requirements

    • Strong user empathy and a user-first approach
    • Able to work well with a team in a dynamic, cross-discipline, and iterative setting
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - able to communicate ideas clearly and effectively
    • Self-directed ability to manage multiple projects, embrace ambiguity, estimate and meet deadlines and adjust priorities
    • Experience working in a fast-paced, startup environment. Experience working with remote teams and willingness to work across time zones
    • A positive attitude, excellent collaboration, and ability to work and have fun under pressure.
    • Passion for gaming, future of online communities and web3

Candidates should be comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced, fluid, and ever-changing startup environment with a globally distributed team. We are currently remote first and will always embrace work from home culture, although we may have some more offices in the future.
