Role: As a key member of the Istari Product team, you will be responsible for leading the efforts on producing easy to use and robust user interfaces and user experiences to our customers, communicating effectively with the stakeholders, project managers, and product managers, ensuring clarity of thoughts and producing well organized designs.
Responsibilities:
Collaborating with Product/Project Managers on a daily basis
Implementing UI/UX that matches stakeholders requirements
Establishing user interfaces and experiences of the highest qualities that are consistent and compliant with standards required in the industry
Taking into consideration security as a very high priority item
Well documented designs and practices
Producing reusable templates
Using, maintaining, and improving the design system
Creating Figma prototypes to demonstrate UX flows and design of interactions
Making sure that the provided designs are user centered
Conduct user research and usability testing to ensure designs are effective
Desired Qualifications:
5+ years product design experience
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma
Proven success working with cross-functional teams across all levels of an organization
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong presentation skills
Must be a U.S. citizen
