UX/UI Designer

We are seeking an exceptionally talented UX/UI Designer to join our rapidly growing consulting team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on high profile projects at the cutting edge of the software industry, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces. 

 

To be considered for this position, you must have the following qualifications: 

• 5+ years of professional experience as a UX/UI Designer, preferably in a software development or technology-focused environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in user experience and interface design.
• Proficient in industry-standard design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering feedback to inform design decisions.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into intuitive and visually appealing designs.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate design concepts to stakeholders. 

 

Ideal candidates will also have: 

• Experience working on mobile and web applications across multiple platforms. 
• Familiarity with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of interaction design, information architecture, and visual design principles.
• Understanding of accessibility standards and guidelines.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
• Passion for staying updated with the latest design trends, tools, and industry advancements.
