About the job

As our Experience Designer, you will:

Capture and interpret business and customer requirements, translating them into memorable and captivating digital customer experiences.
Create experiences in an iterative manner, showcasing and validating your ideas with consumers, client stakeholders, and fellow team members.
Develop well-considered and visually appealing digital experiences that align with the brand identity and guidelines.
Own the experience you created and guide & support the engineering team throughout the development process.

Requirements

The skills you will bring:

Are experienced in both UX and UI design, delivering well-rounded solutions
Have a client-centric approach and empathy towards customer needs and preferences.
Have excellent communication skills: ability to adapt communication style to developers and clients, facilitating workshops and fostering effective collaboration.
Are adaptable and flexible, able to adjust to different project requirements and challenges.
Are innovative, constantly seeking new and creative approaches to improve user experiences and design solutions.
