Role Summary:

As a Senior Product Designer at ClickBank, you will own the design process end-to-end to deliver impactful, user-centered solutions that align with business goals. This role focuses on designing intuitive client-facing tools for analytics, reporting, tracking, and integrations while driving usability, influencing product strategy, and contributing to a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities:

Design Ownership: Lead and execute complex, customer-centered design solutions for client-facing tools, ensuring usability and clarity in analytics, reporting, and integrations.
End-to-End Process: Own the entire design process—from research and ideation to prototyping and final implementation—ensuring effective delivery. Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs to clearly communicate your vision.
Research & Validation: Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform and validate design decisions. Develop interactive prototypes to test workflows, validate concepts, and align with stakeholders.
Collaboration: Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to execute designs effectively and align them with user needs and business strategies. Work with developers to ensure accurate implementation and maintain the intended user experience.
Communication: Present and articulate design decisions effectively to cross-functional teams and leadership.
Iteration: Actively seek and incorporate feedback from users and stakeholders to refine designs and optimize their impact.
Design Systems: Contribute to and evolve ClickBank’s design system, driving consistency and scalability across the platform.
Leadership: Mentor junior designers, contribute to organizational design maturity and foster a positive, supportive team culture.
Innovation: Stay informed on industry trends and bring innovative ideas to enhance our products and processes.
Adaptability: Demonstrate agility in navigating a fast-paced environment, maintaining focus on delivering high-quality results.

Requirements

Experience: 5+ years in product design, with demonstrated success designing data-driven tools and delivering impactful solutions. Experience in data visualization or designing reporting dashboards is preferred.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions and a robust design process, with examples of problem-solving for complex workflows.
Tools: Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools.

In this role you will report directly into the VP of User Experience & Digital Design and focus on leading the creation of our upcoming best-in-class native app. You will be a key player in helping to define and shape the strategy and end-to-end user experience of this platform in close partnership with Product, Engineering, Marketing and Executives. Define, test, and spec new architecture and navigation for our growing product lines

Be a champion and voice for our customers
Have a deep knowledge and understanding for native app design patterns and best practices
Support on web optimizations and features as needed
Apply conceptual thinking and creativity to complex design problems from conception to production for native app and site
Create user-centered designs that drive business metrics (ex. conversion rate, engagement, NPS)
Create low-fidelity prototypes followed by high-fidelity prototypes, demonstrating first functional thinking and then visual communication
Unite with other design and creative partners to deliver designs that demonstrate brand consistency across all platforms and devices
Thoughtfully and professionally communicate your design solutions and rationale both with your peers as well as cross-functionally team members in a collaborative and personable way
Facilitate alignment with stakeholders across the org and all levels of leadership
Bring positive energy and freshness to your daily collaboration with the product, tech and marketing teams to execute digital projects across all platforms
Manage and track asset handoff and production process for all designs

Your qualifications and attributes needed

\r\n

8+ years of professional experience as a user experience designer, interaction designer, visual designer, information architect, or similar preferably with rich app experience
A strong eye for visual design — visual hierarchy, layout, typography, and color choice. Marketing or eCommerce design experience is a plus
Bachelor's degree or comparable professional experience in human-centered design, psychology, web design, or other relevant disciplines
Strong experience and examples of designing for native app, specifically iOS (android is a plus)
Have experience with modern design and prototyping tools (We use Figma)
Have a high standard for design excellence and are on top of latest UX and interface design trends
You build empathy and understanding by listening to our customers—parents, caregivers, and young children—and use those learnings to create impactful and delightful experiences
You are a go-getter who makes things happen. You’re aware you don’t know everything, are willing to learn new things and have an idea/methodology to go about getting things done. You are organized, kind, clear, and thorough
You have solid written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present a strong rationale for decisions
Experience collaborating with engineering, product and marketing teams.
Time management skills and the ability to adhere to deadlines
Demonstrates a strong sense of urgency with the flexibility to shift gears as priorities change
Experience managing and mentoring junior design talent
You have and are willing to share a strong portfolio of design projects that are driven by clear metrics (ex. usability, conversion rate, NPS, engagement, accessibility)
A general understanding of web and mobile technologies. Front-end coding experience is a plus, but not required
