Senior UX/UI Designer

LetsBuild is looking for a brilliant, dedicated Senior UX/UI Designer to join one of our agile product teams in our great office in Lodz.

Mission

Working in a fast-growing scale-up, you will need to be flexible as your role will touch upon different areas. Regardless of the tasks assigned, you will be able to influence the direction you want to take.

Some of your tasks will include:

-Taking sole ownership, lead, and responsibility for the delivery of design tasks for a product team

-The role will be split up circa 70% UX, and 30% UI.

-Work closely with the product, marketing, business development, and tech teams

-Design flows and experiences that are incredibly simple, usable, and elegant.

-Managing design workflow and scheduling workload accordingly

You/Skills

-3-5 + years experience in a UX/UI role (B2B SaaS very advantageous)

-Very proficient at photoshop (advantageous if also experienced with Figma)

-Loves to work on products from conception to execution.

-Seeking a role where they can work on both on UX and UI

-Strong attention to detail and consistency.

-Strong ability to communicate with technical and non-technical individuals.

-Self-sufficient and hands-on approach with a can-do attitude.

-Ability to work successfully independently, whilst also thrive working within a team.

-Excellent organization and prioritization skills.
