About the Position

We are seeking an experienced UX Designer who will partner with the product team and cross-functional stakeholders to create a consumer-grade experience for our users. You will work on enhancing internal tools and creating customer/partner facing portals to develop logistics products that cater to the needs of the market. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will determine the strategy and where to simplify experiences to develop a streamlined user-journey. Your role will involve deep market research, understanding customer needs, and translating them into UIs. You will be a vocal advocate for the customers, and work on multiple initiatives concurrently.

Essential job functions 

Essential activities include but are not limited to: 

Conduct comprehensive market research to identify market trends, customer pain points, and competitor offerings in the logistics industry.

Analyze market data, customer feedback, user-journey and industry insights to identify new product opportunities and make data-driven decisions.

Iterating UX mocks quickly based on user-studies and feedback.

Work closely with product and engineering teams to translate product requirements into well-defined UIs.

Champion user-centered design culture. Drive creative processes and collaboration with cross-functional partners to propose new ideas and strategies.

Continuously gather customer feedback, market insights, and industry trends to refine and enhance logistics products.

Basic qualifications 

Bachelor’s degree.

3+ years of experience as a UX Designer, preferably within both startup and complex environments

Experience with UX designs and complex workflows

Experience conducting market research and usability studies, and creating journey maps

Experience working on design tools such as Figma, Omnigraffle etc.

Preferred Qualifications 

Experience designing customer-facing products.

Experience in driving UX frameworks and architectures in ambiguous environments
