Product Designer - Contract

As a Product Designer, you will utilize your full range of UI/UX design, strategic design, and visual design skills to ideate and build new products and innovate existing product experiences. You’ll partner with product, business, and engineering, to identify and craft end-to-end user flows, test concepts, implement features and future iterations, that are easy to use and functional for our users.  This role will focus on a creator-centric product we are rolling out in the near future

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and create user flows, mockups, and prototypes in Figma (or other preferred tool)

• Cross functionally work with product managers, business stakeholders, and engineers to build out products and redesign existing products to meet new business needs

• Rapidly provide and explore multiple solutions to design challenges for our user’s needs and business goals through research and data

• Review product releases to ensure high quality experiences

• Stay up-to-date with the latest cross platform design trends, new capabilities, patterns and best practices

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

• 3+ years designing for web, desktop, or cross platform, preferably in the content creation, consumption or marketplace space

• Ability to ship and iterate features to evolve a product in a fast paced environment

• Experience working with multiple stakeholders across the org

• Great communication skills to be able to articulate your concepts, vision and decision-making

• Experience with a/b testing and utilizing data to make design decisions

• Knowledge of working with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and OSX, iOS & Android

• Experience designing for products utilizing React, vue.js, or Flutter is a plus

• Link to at least one portfolio of work (personal website, github, etc), or portfolio document (PDF or other format) is required
