TEAM
Digital Twin Platform, as one of the core Woven Inventor Garage teams under the Woven City umbrella, is responsible for the realization of Woven City's vision: "Expand mobility. Enhance humanity. Engage society" by developing a robust software platform, on one hand to enable inventors and business owners to “test” their products in a virtual environment before deploying to the physical Woven City; on the other hand, to create analytics to help with decision-making based on both simulated results and more importantly operational data collected from the physical city, such as residents daily life, traffic dynamics, energy consumption, etc.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for a passionate technical product or UX manager who can be the thought leader for one or more Digital Twin products, and be able to deliver holistic experience design, to make sure that experiences of our service will truly represent our core values, visions for our customers. We also expect you to have a strong experience to effectively collaborate across departments and organizations internally and externally to deliver results.
We are looking for someone who is well versed with relevant project and program management work experience in the production phase of B to B service and has a proven track record of building products to launch. These digital products need to be closely connected to the user experience, not just the digital product on its own.
You will be reporting to the sub-function lead and this role's workplace type is hybrid.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop a comprehensive Digital Twin experience with aligned with product goals and roadmaps, monitoring and communicating progress, and defining functional requirements for new products and features
- Articulate to stakeholders product vision, requirements, goals and design milestones
- Manage external design firms, taking ownership for output quality
- Lead meetings, workshops, and design reviews, and collaborate with engineers and other partners
- Develop collaboration across teams and functions
- Influence program/product direction and simplify complexity
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in design, HCI, Information Design or other related business areas, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years experience as a Design Producer, UX Project Manager, Product Manager, or similar role within a UX team at enterprise companies
- Proven ability to work with broad and loosely defined requirements
- Knowledge and practical experience with how the UX workflow is integrated from beginning to end of the product development cycle
- Efficient at using tools such as Jira, Confluence, or other common project management tools
- Proficiency in business-level Japanese and conversational English
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience with large-scale software platform product development (device, application, services, cloud)
- Experience working in both in-house design/product team and design consulting firms (not advertising or marketing)
- Experience in urban planning in architectural field
- Design experience
