Job Summary

In this role, you'll be a key player in shaping the future of a cutting-edge personal finance app. You'll work closely with product and engineering teams to craft engaging and user-friendly interfaces, modernize existing designs, and ensure a smooth transition from design to development. Your contributions will directly impact the user experience and play a crucial part in delivering exciting new features that delight users.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and engaging UI for new features within the iOS and Android applications.

• Revamp and modernize existing UI elements to elevate the overall user experience.

• Develop and maintain a robust library of Figma components, ensuring consistency across the design system.

• Apply a strong understanding of UX principles to anticipate and address potential edge cases.

• Prepare polished, error-free design files for engineering handoff, guaranteeing design fidelity.

• Effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and communicate progress clearly with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications and Job Requirements

• Proven experience designing UI for native iOS and Android apps, with a portfolio showcasing your ability to create interfaces from the ground up.

• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including expertise in creating, organizing, and utilizing components.

• A solid grasp of native app UX principles and the ability to foresee and resolve potential usability challenges.

• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality designs with minimal errors or inconsistencies.

• Strong professional work ethic, including excellent time management, communication, and prioritization skills.

• Experience using Figma's prototyping features to create interactive mockups.

• Skills in vector illustration to enhance and complement UI designs.
