What You Can Expect To Work On

• Lead UI/UX Design: Own the design direction for our games and blockchain applications, ensuring a cohesive visual and interactive experience across all platforms.
• User-Centered Design: Conduct user research and usability testing to create user personas, journey maps, wireframes, and interactive prototypes that align with player needs and behaviors.
• Collaborative Design: Work cross-functionally with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define design requirements, features, and user flows.
• UI Design Excellence: Create high-fidelity UI designs and assets, maintaining consistency in visual language and adhering to brand guidelines.
• Iterative Process: Continuously refine and iterate on designs based on user feedback, data analysis, and team input to ensure products are intuitive and user-friendly.
• Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and inspire a growing UI/UX team, fostering a collaborative and creative environment.
• Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques, especially in the gaming and blockchain spaces.

What You Need to Succeed

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design
• Experience in game design or blockchain-based projects is a plus.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to design for both user interface and user experience, particularly in gaming or blockchain products.
• Expertise in design tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar. Prototyping tools (e.g., InVision, Proto.io) and motion design skills are a plus.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability testing, and how to translate user feedback into actionable design improvements.
• Experience working closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality designs.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of designers, providing guidance on design best practices and career development.
• Strong Communication: Excellent communication skills to present and explain design concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
