About the Role

We are hiring on behalf of our client for a Senior Product Designer to lead the design and user experience strategy for innovative digital products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UX/UI design, user research, and design systems, with a focus on creating intuitive and engaging user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process, from research and wireframing to prototyping and final UI implementation.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to enhance product experiences.
• Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across products and platforms.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align design solutions with business goals.
• Create high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and user flows to communicate design concepts effectively.
• Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and best practices to continuously improve the design process.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and contribute to a culture of innovation.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Five or more years of experience in product design, UX/UI, or interaction design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centric design solutions and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools.
• Experience working with design systems and responsive design principles.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to take ownership of design projects and work independently with minimal supervision.
