We are looking for a UX Designer to join our team, who will work on the company's UX projects, aimed at improving usability, enhancing user experience and ultimately boosting our client's conversion rates.

As a UX Designer you will:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand product requirements and user needs
• Create Personas, map User Journeys and apply User Centered Design techniques to craft seamless experiences
• Lead all UX design stages, from user flows & information architecture to high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes
• Review websites and applications, providing actionable UX reports based on insights
• Plan and conduct user testing with real users
• Analyze datafrom heatmaps, recordings, and analytics tools to inform design decisions
• Work closely with UX & UI designers, developers, and project teams to ensure consistency and usability
• Present projects to client, gather feedback, and iterate based on insights
• Facilitate workshops and guide stakeholders through the UX process
• Stay up to date with the latest UX trends, methodologies, and best practices
• Oversee project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines to ensure smooth execution
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to refining UX processes

• 3-5+ years of proven experience with User Centered Design
• Passion for UX with an eye for detail and a drive to improve digital experiences
• Proficiency in design & prototyping tools (we primarily use Figma)
• Strong organization, communication, and presentation skills
• Fluency in English (spoken & written)

Will be considered as a plus

• Google Analytics certification
• UX related degree or certification
