LeanIX is hiring Lead UX Designer

We are looking for a Lead UX Designer to strengthen our user experience team. You’ll collaborate with product teams, UX researchers, and engineers to design intuitive, scalable solutions that meet user needs while aligning with business objectives. This is an opportunity to take ownership of UX direction, mentor designers, and influence how we build seamless digital experiences.
 

What you’ll do?

• Work in a global environment, collaborating with an international team and partnering with major clients across diverse industries.

• Collaborate with product teams to develop cross-product solutions and improve existing workflows leveraging AI to solve current challenges.

• Own the design process, from discovery to delivery, ensuring consistency, usability, and impact across products.

• Lead user research and discovery efforts, defining user journeys and identifying key customer needs to inform strategic design decisions.

• Facilitate ideation and design workshops, fostering collaboration and aligning stakeholders on UX direction.

• Ensure UX consistency by creating and maintaining (AI-specific) guidelines, components, and terminology across products.

• Present design concepts and collect feedback from stakeholders, users, and customers.

• Stay ahead of industry trends, continuously evolving our UX approach and integrating emerging technologies like AI where they enhance user experience.

• Advocate for UX best practices across the organization.

 

What are we looking for?

• 7+ years of experience in UX/UI design with a proven ability to lead initiatives across multiple product areas.

• Strategic and outcome-driven mindset, ensuring business-critical and innovative UX solutions that align with user needs and company objectives.

• Ability to drive UX strategy and execution, balancing high-level decision-making with hands-on design.

• Experience in conducting UX research and translating insights into actionable design decisions.

• Ability to tackle complex problems and design simple, effective solutions.

• Strong leadership and coaching skills to mentor other UX designers - While this is not a people management role, you will provide mentorship, offer feedback on designers’ work, and advocate for UX best practices across the organization.

• Systems thinking, understanding how products and features interconnect within a broader ecosystem.

• Ability to rethink traditional UX approaches in the context of AI.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across teams and disciplines.

• Working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English.
