Job Title: Senior UX Designer

Location: Irving, TX (Hybrid)

Job Summary: Wellfit is seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior UX Designer to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who excels at crafting intuitive user experiences, is proficient with design tools like Figma, and has a strong background in financial technology. The successful candidate will work closely with our product, engineering, leadership, and business teams to enhance user satisfaction and drive innovation in financial software UX.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine user flows and interfaces, ensuring they align with business goals and meet user needs.

• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate and inform design decisions.

• Develop and maintain UX guidelines and Design Systems to ensure consistency and efficiency across our platforms.

• Present and justify UX choices to the leadership team, illustrating how these decisions contribute to overall business objectives.

• Work independently to manage daily UX tasks and project timelines, striving for excellence in user-centered design.

• Partner with the innovation team to identify opportunities for UX improvements and new user-centric features.

• Proven UX design experience with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in Figma and other design tools.

• Strong background in financial technology, with a history of designing seamless and engaging user interfaces for complex software applications.

• Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively articulating UX concepts and their impact on business and user satisfaction.

• A strategic thinker who challenges traditional UX methods and pushes for innovative solutions.

• Ability to lead projects autonomously and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in UX design within the Fintech sector.

• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and iterative design processes.
