Areeb Technology is hiring Senior UI/UX Designer

1. Design and Prototyping:  
  - Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.  
  - Use tools like Figma to deliver design solutions.  

2. User Research:  
  - Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.  
  - Analyze user behavior and translate insights into actionable design improvements.  

3. Collaboration:  
  - Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with business objectives.  
  - Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.  

4. Design Systems:  
  - Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products.  
  - Advocate for best practices in UI/UX design.  

5. Iterative Improvement:  
  - Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and evolving requirements.

1. Experience:  
  - 3+ years of professional experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer.
  - A strong portfolio demonstrating your design process and impact on real-world projects.  

2. Technical Skills:  
  - Proficiency in design tools like Figma

3. Soft Skills:  
  - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.  
  - Excellent communication and collaboration skills.  
  - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.  


4. Bonus Skills:  
  - Experience with motion design or micro-interactions.  
  - Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.  
  - Familiarity with user analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar).
